While Reiki opened my eyes to the power of energy healing, it was my discovery of sound healing that truly expanded my horizons. Fascinated by the idea that sound frequencies could influence physical and emotional well-being, I began attending workshops and immersing myself in the study of sound therapy. I learned about the various instruments used in sound healing, including singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, and drums and how their vibrations can facilitate profound healing. I had the honor of experiencing my first sound bowl healing experience with Tina. Upon arrival, Tina embraced me with friendliness and gentle peace, as though we had known each other a lifetime. She has a beautiful set of sound bowls which she arranged in such a way to maximize my experience, paying close attention to my comfort and ability to absorb the sound just right, as I am deaf in one ear. My senses were met with the divine aromas she brought, which I absolutely loved. I settled in, and within minutes of the session, I experienced a transcendent sense of calmness, my consciousness elevating to a place of inner knowing, releasing tension throughout my body, a feeling of oneness with the Universe. Sound healing is a gentle, effective, safe way to heal the mind, body, and soul. Tina has the ability to pair her strong intuition with healing, rhythmical sounds. Tina provided a session that took me on an ethereal journey that I did not know I needed.
